What's the difference between being an "RPGTEA rewards member" and having a "GUILD Membership"?
Glad you asked! An RPGTea Rewards account is the account that all RPGTea customers need in order to earn and redeem XP. All RPGTea Rewards members have access to The Tavern to redeem their rewards. Being a Guild Member for "The Guild" is an optional, paid subscription where you earn XP at an accelerated rate, get exclusive access to discounts and gain levels, granting you additional stackable perks the more levels you gain.
What’s the difference between monthly and prepaid plans?
Monthly plans offer maximum flexibility with billing, while prepaid quarterly (3-month), bi-annual (6-month), and annual (12-month) plans provide additional savings for longer Guild commitments.
Can I cancel my guild membership at any time?
Yes! Guild Memberships can be cancelled anytime through your account portal before your next billing date.
If I have a pre-paid membership (quarterly, bi-annual, annual), can I cancel halfway through?
Yes! You can cancel a prepaid Guild Membership at any time. However, because prepaid plans are billed upfront for the full term, cancellations will apply to the next renewal period and do not include partial refunds for unused time remaining in the current billing cycle.
Can I swap my tea blends between deliveries?
Absolutely! Guild Members can mix and match eligible tea blends up to 3 days before each recurring order.
When will my order ship?
Subscription orders typically ship within a 1-2 business days after your recurring billing date.
Do Guild Members earn extra RPGTea XP?
Absolutely! Guild Members earn DOUBLE XP on qualifying purchases, helping you level up faster within The Guild.
- Non-member customers earn 10 XP per $1 spent
- Guild Members earn 20 XP per $1 spent
Can I purchase RPGTea without joining the Guild?
Of course! Individual tea blends can still be purchased separately through the Tavern without a Guild Membership.
