Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by RPGTea.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
RPGTea primarily ships using Canada Post or Purolator.
We may adjust shipping carriers without notice to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders based on order value, promotions, or membership status. Eligibility and thresholds for free shipping are subject to change at any time without notice.
Free shipping promotions through Tavern discounts, Guild shipping perks and other promotional offers are currently available only on eligible Canadian orders that meet the applicable order thresholds.
Certain remote locations or orders with unusually high shipping costs may not qualify for free shipping offers or discounted shipping perks at RPGTea’s discretion.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been fulfilled.
5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Orders are considered shipped once they have been fulfilled and a shipping label has been created.
Tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment confirmation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure timely receipt of the package.
6. Shipping Delays
RPGTea is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, RPGTea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
We may assist on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, but such assistance is not guaranteed.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
RPGTea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees will be required to resend the order.
9. Split Shipments
RPGTea reserves the right to split orders into multiple shipments when necessary.
This may occur due to inventory availability, packaging requirements, or operational considerations.
Customers will be notified if their order is split into multiple shipments.
10. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, RPGTea ships within Canada only.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain regions at our discretion.
11. Product Care and Responsibility
Tea products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
RPGTea is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.
12. Delays or Issues with Orders
In the event of inventory issues, fulfillment delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, RPGTea reserves the right to delay shipment.
Customers will be notified when possible, regarding any significant delays.
13. Right to Modify Shipping Policy
RPGTea reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
