Refund policy

1. Overview

At RPGTea, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the consumable nature of tea, all sales are considered final unless otherwise outlined in this policy.

 

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy.

 

2. Returns

We do not accept returns on any tea products once they have been opened or used.

 

Unopened products may be eligible for return only if:

·   The request is made within 7 days of delivery

·   The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

·   The product is in acceptable condition to be sold

·   Proof of purchase is provided

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

·   The wrong item was shipped

·   The product arrived damaged or defective

·   The order was cancelled by RPGTea before shipment

 

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

·   Your order number

·   A description of the issue

·   Photo evidence where applicable

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the request.

 

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by RPGTea.

 

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

We do not offer exchanges for:

·   Opened or used tea products

·   Personal taste preferences

·   Incorrect orders placed by the customer

 

If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement.

 

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is the most appropriate resolution.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

·   Opened tea products

·   Gift cards, gift certificates

·   Promotional or discounted items marked as final sale

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

 

RPGTea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, RPGTea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.

 

8. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or exchanges if we suspect abuse of this policy, including but not limited to repeated claims, fraudulent activity, or attempts to exploit the system.
